Refund policy

Due to the natural and unique nature of gemstones, all sales are final.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• If the product received is damaged during transit

• If the product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed. Once the return is approved and received, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Natural gemstones may show slight variations in color, texture, inclusions, or pattern. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

• We do not accept returns based on personal preference, shade difference, or size perception.

• Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
