Thank you for shopping with Akshat Jewels. We ship natural gemstones worldwide, including within India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within India

  • Internationally (worldwide)

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

India:

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per the destination country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email (where available).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by customs, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • If the customer chooses not to reship, a refund may be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We carefully pack all gemstones to ensure safe delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

  • We will review the case and assist you with a suitable resolution.

9. Natural Product Disclaimer

  • Gemstones are natural products; slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and do not qualify as shipping damage.
